Repetitive Strain
Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs) occur due to over-use or repeating movement that are damaging to the body.
The resulting conditions are usually called:
- Tendinitis – Tennis elbow, shoulder impingement etc.
- Postural Dysfunction which can affect anywhere in the spine, from the low back and buttocks to the neck and head.
- Nerve Entrapments – which give tingling or pain in hands, arms or legs
